ENTRIES will be accepted on the day.

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY FULL FEES

Exhibitors numbers will be available at the Showgrounds from 10am

Passports for all competing horses & ponies must be available for inspection at the Show.

Riders in all horse and pony competitions and otherwise in the Showgrounds must wear protective headgear which includes a permanently fitted, non-detachable harness, secured to the shell at more than two points. Such headgear must be worn with the chinstrap properly adjusted and fastened at all times when mounted or in the environs of the Showgrounds.

Competitors are advised to arrange their own Public Liability Insurance cover

The Show reserves the right to refuse admission

N.B. The Show, in good faith, will try to run all classes as listed in our Schedule; however in the event of insufficient entries the following will apply:

The Committee shall have the power in its absolute discretion to cancel any class, to withhold any prize for want of sufficient merit and curtail the number of prizes generally or in any particular class for want of what it may deem sufficient entries.

Telephone entries will not be accepted after the closing date but entries will be accepted on the day of the Show at an increased rate of double the listed entry fee.

All prize money will be posted out to prize winners.
