Important Announcement:

Galway County Show 2017

As a result of ground conditions at Ballybrit Race Course, The Galway County Show Committee regrets that, after very careful deliberation, the show in its current format will have to be scaled back significantly for 2017.
We sincerely regret having to take this decision, but the safety and welfare of animals, competitors and spectators is priority.

Amended Schedule for Showjumping here.

The ONLY section of the show that will now take place is the Show Jumping.
The Show Jumping will take place at Duffy’s Equestrian Centre, Claregalway on Friday 16th, Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th June 2017. The amended schedule will be on Facebook, Galway County Show website,  the SJI  website early next week.
Unfortunately, all other classes & activities are cancelled for 2017.
All paid entry fees for the cancelled classes will be refunded.
The Show Committee sincerely regret having to take this decision, and is fully committed to running a full show in 2018.
